Completed 5 String Bass

I just finished this custom bass for my son.  The body is a multi-lam with Walnut, Flame maple, Padouk and black Korina.  Satin Finish.  The BadA$$ bridge was used and it is HUGE!

The neck is a Warmoth 34 inch scale made of Wenge and Bloodwood.  SS frets of course.  The Single Nordstrand pick up is passive with a volume and tone.  330 pots and .47 orange cap were used.  The knobs....well it is clear you can see them. 

Plays amazing!  Can double as a boat anchor its so heavy.  A string retainer has been added since these were taken.
