When they call that box a 'SAFE' it's more like in the baseball sense. Once it makes it in the door and into the magic box it's SAFE!!!

Hehe! Shop's kinda like that, too, for tools. Unless it's really huge, if something gets noticed you just look at her sideways as if she's nuts and say "That's been there all along! How do you think I made that [insert project here]?" But, usually a collection of 32 router bits looks exactly like a collection of 30, chisels and screwdrivers are interchangeable, handheld power tools all look alike, etc.

Ahhh yes. Until she comes to the shop for lunch and your having Quiznos in your stall and the shop foreman just happens to walk up and ask to borrow a 10mm wrench. You open the wrench drawer in front of her and her eyes light up cuz its blingin harder than her wedding ring. Then you have to hear how your underwear drawer is a mess but your tool box is the epitome of OCD.

When will Warmoth offer Ocean Turquoise  ???

It's a Fender color so have faith, maybe soon. Every Fender related thing has many chances to be included in the Warmoth catalog.

Or she's like me and she says "When did you get that, and why didn't you buy me one as well?  Oh and by the way, I need some new router bits...".

Very unusual figure

Now - that's a pick up line if I ever heard one  :laughing7:

It would work on me. I might even go so far as to relax my rule on weight distribution <grin>

what is that?

That right there is a "guitar body", like you'd use on one of them there newfangled "electric" guitars. Although, why anybody would want to put electricity in a guitar is beyond me. Sounds like a good way to get killed. Or, maybe to get some no-no. And by no-no, I mean tail <grin> Same thing, I suppose.

I was about to post that ...  :glasses9:
As was I. I check out the RSS feed in Google reader every day, and after a while, I've been kinda burnt out.  And then it's HELLO! If I was looking for a tele body, I'd have bought it just now.  It doesn't have the tummy cut or the forearm cut, but the finish is just so bad-ass. It's like "see the burn marks? Fire cannot stop this tele."

"How so?"

"Lets set that Tele on fire"

"Okay, lets."
Hey, good guess!

Well, its what I would have done... If I was surrounded by Hundreds and hundreds of guitar parts.

well, that... or... Ever see that Game show, Supermarket Sweep?

where contestants run through a Mock grocery store. trying to get as many things as possible in 2 minutes?

Let me into the Warmoth Factory. I'll re-enact it for you.

So, if you were to get this tele, what kind of pickguard would you use for it? I could see black and tortoiseshell, as they have on the page, but what about brown shell?  Or maybe even a clear pickguard so you could see all of it?

Oh, and you know what else is cool about the Google reader?  You can see bodies that Warmoth makes, even if they're instantly sold.  Like this one:

It's quilt maple, front and back.  The back is one piece. I saw it on yesterday or the day before.  Couldn't have been available for more than an hour or two, and BAM! it was sold.

Doesn't necessarily need one.  The neck pickup could be direct mounted.  If a pickguard was a must, clear.
