What do you do when you spend all day wishing you had a guitar? you Google Guitars.
Cool, looks like it's got a Kramer Quad bucker in it...My doubleneck has those in it. They sound bad ass...

It's a Kent Armstrong "Motherbucker" Pretty badass.

Just noticed that the new neon colours have been expanded to include neon purple now. Exactly what I was both wishing for and dreading. As if my bank account wasn't empty enough...

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

I'm not a big fan of graphic guitars, but if they started doing neon green finishes, I would have to build a Reptarcaster.

I'm glad there are other Reptar fans.  He's one of my all time favorite cartoon characters, ever since the "Reptar on Ice" episode.

I think that body is setup for the 24 fret extension.  That neck may look, er...funny on that.

I believe too, this body is intended for this bridge.

I think you're right. There's about an acre of real estate between the neck pickup cavity and the neck pocket.

Also, I think its set up for the 475 roller bridge too, only three bolt holes. At first when I looked at it I thought they had made 7/8 soloists without me knowing cause the pickups were so close, so I'm pretty sure its for the 24 fret extension. Really cool body though.

I didn't catch the specific bridge - just saw hardtail.

Believe it or not, there are no 24 fret EXTENSION non 7/8 scale non locking necks in the showcase at the moment. There's a bunch of floyd nuts, 7/8's, baritones (which have their extra two frets on the nut end - they still have rounded heels), a sevent string, and a couple bass VI's.  Rats.

Oh well, I already got one hardtail S/S/S. Probably not a guitar you need several of.

Not this body per se, but it's a close match for my main guitar's paint.  Which means, although I won't because I have attachment to this guitar as is and it's now 30 years old, if I were so inclined, I could order a chambered body and my wife would never know the difference. (It's closer than the photo would lead you to believe) :evil4: Although given my trac record with trying to wear clothes she says are or aren't the same color, maybe she'd be on to me.

I dunno, that looks like a pretty serious difference to me - the photo of your guitar would have to be WAAAAY off for those to colors to be close in real life.  Otherwise, it looks something like agave blue vs. shamrock green, which is not a close call at all, for me.  Might you be slightly colorblind?  Lots of men are, especially in the green family of colors.

Is this close to the color of your guitar?  If so, still, it's a pretty stark difference.

No -it's much closer to the sherwood green than the blue. That photo was taken bouncing a flash off the ceiling, and it caught enough specular reflection that it shifts it towards blue.

But it's kind of like guns anyway. Unless your wife is into guns, you can generally pass any wood furnitured long gun for another, and any black guns (as long as you don't get a SS barrel with more hardpoints than an A-10), likewise - revolvers are interchangable and pistols are too. The Bearcat will never pass for a 1911, but a Hi Power might.

When they call that box a 'SAFE' it's more like in the baseball sense. Once it makes it in the door and into the magic box it's SAFE!!!
