i love everything but the forearm cut! they just ruin teles for me... it would have to be THE telecaster i needed for me to like it with the arm cut. that thing is ridiculously nice though...

that's funny. i can't stand the absolute flatness of a standard tele. i need my guitars to be 3-dimensional somehow

I've not been a member long enough to agree, but when i get a warmoth it will be dyed black with the neck being black and dark. its gonna look stealthy!
 
Sorry for being an idiot, but what does everyone mean by "GAS"?

Is it an Americanism, or just something that's passed me by so far?

Well, it's actually not contagious. It appears that way because one with GAS introduces people around him to the very things that may give them GAS, such as pictures, videos, etc... of guitars, amps, and such. If you took the stimulus (guitars) away from the one with GAS, you'll notice the GAS does not spread to surrounding people.

This is going to be published next month in a medical journal.
