For those who don't know there's a natural rock formation in Hong Kong that looks like a very regal Lion.  It's really big and high up surveying Hong kong.

I like how they put a gas mask on lady liberty!  That's extra bonus points.

After finishing the colour of mountain, I don’t want to cut the hold for bridge pickups. Not sure how to put the bridge pickups under mountain yet .

That's incredible! I can't wait to see what it would look like finished, and how you come up with putting the bridge pickup in.

Fascinating build idea. Maybe mount the  bridge pickup from the bottom rather than suspending it from the pickguard? To facilitate the height adjustment, maybe run the screws in from the back and have springs/foam underneath it?

the planing is on this direction as section drawing I just did , the bridge pickups would not be closed enough to string, so just find some way to fix under the mountain , can not / and no need to adj the hight .

I think the main problem for bridge pickups would be the lower volume when not closed enough to string, as 2 other pickups are vintage type, neck Lollar strat blonde , mid
TV jones starwood strat , original plan is TV jones t-armond for bridge , for that interesting look .

now may be try other hotter PU in hand to balance the volume . nee some test .

Got the new Tuning Machines for Right-Handed Reverse neck for Jimi guitar , but the Gotoh set only come in very simple white paper box , not like the other Gotoh set I buy previous on the back .
I buy it from eBay , so this simplified box is for guitar factory not for retailers ?

For the lion rock guitar , I temporarily put together it with 3 pickups to test , I like and would go with the Hot Rails Strat Seymour Duncan , humbucker good for the bridge and not dropping much volume around 6mm away from string .
