Floyd Rose nut to LSR roller

I have a Warmoth large headstock reversed headstock strat neck predrilled for an R2 Floyd Rose nut.  Will an LSR Roller nut line up with the predrilled holes, are there any other options I can go with, I really don't want to use the Floyd Rose nut if possible.

The LSR is narrower than the FR nut prep allows.  Even if the holes lined up, there's a gap.

The entire mill is different.  The Floyd is deeper/wider, The LSR is narrow/shallow, and requires removal of part of the fingerboard.

How about a Graphtech one?
You will probably need string tree(s) as well...
