Fitting A Lollar Gold Foil P90

So I am planning to build a strat partscaster and I want to use the Lollar Gold Foil P90 in the neck position. Warmoth don't appear to have any info on the actual dimensions of their P90 route. The dimensions of the Lollar P90 are 3.4 X 1.395. I was wondering if anyone knew wether this would be compatible or not.
Also, Warmoth state that mounting a P90 in a guitar with a pickguard can be "inconvenient". Does anyone with more experience than me know what they mean by this?

To answer your original question, I need to ask one:  are you interested in soap-bar sized p90, or a dog-ear?

My experience is that a lollar soap-bar p90 will fit with no issues in a warmoth p90 route.  no experience with a dog-ear style.

regarding 'inconvenience' I think maybe they are talking about height adjustment, which can be a PITA depending on how you go about it.

Yes they fit just fine in the Warmoth P90 route.

I was probably going to go with the P90, just cause I wasn't sure what the "DogEar" size was when I first saw it. Thank you both for your help though!
