Quick specs:
Roasted maple neck, bloody basin dots, black nut, SS6105, quilt maple veneer matching finish peg face
Chambered alder body, UC quilt maple top (though it looks much more flame), red dye gloss top, black gloss back
It would have been nicer if the peg face veneer grain was a better match to the body but that's my only nit.

The hardware is all black, Hipshot staggered locking tuners and contour bridge.
I've got SD SSL-5 for neck and middle, SSL-7 for the bridge.

Going to let it sit for a few days (though the roasted neck shouldn't really need it) to acclimate to the dry Colorado air and get started checking the neck/frets this weekend. Going to be a fun one.

That's gonna look phantastik!

Welcome to the forum....hope you'll stick around and share the build with us!

Thanks.
I'm beyond excited to see this go together. I just hope and can keep to the plan and take it slow and not hurry just to see the finished product.
Since this is my first I actually bought a Solo ST to practice with. It's still unfinished, but the fret level and dress came out really well. Learned a few things along the way. Only bummer with it is there's, I'm guessing, a loose washer on the truss rod that rattles when you shake the neck and when playing A#.  :icon_scratch:

I'll try to keep a catalog of photo progress and create a build thread.

Non-matching headstock strats should be outlawed  :guitarplayer2:
