All at once is best, I think. Warmoth has a chart on their site you can refer to, but basically their shipping goes by dollar value of the order rather than actual shipping cost, and it's broken into ranges like $100-$200, $201-$350, etc. I haven't tried, but I doubt there's a way to game it to any advantage.
