I finally managed to finish one of my backlogged projects. :blob7:
Alder showcase Z5 body I had them finish in vintage white:
Why vintage white? Well, I could say that the plain finish allows the Z shape to present itself more dramatically.
But that would be a lie. Because sometimes it's really about the neck.
This one's Pau Ferro with a Ziricote fingerboard I saw in the showcase that somehow wandered into my cart and caused this project to happen :dontknow::
The rest of the specs:
Lace Alumitone Bass Bar 4.0 neck PU
EMG 40P5 bridge PU
EMG ABC active balance control
EMG BQC active EQ (with sweepable mid frequency)
Push/Pull Master Volume (splits the Alumitone)
Schaller 496 5 String Bass Bridge, Black
Schaller BML Light Bass Tuners, Black
Nothing like a new W build!
