dumb question wiring

i bought the wiring kit from waarmoth. whats the braided wire for? is that to use for grounds?

anywhere you can fit it, i use for the output jack on everything, on strats it can be tough to find other uses for it but on gibson style stuff i use the outer braided wire to connect the grounds and the inner wire as the hot. really helps with sheilding.

Yes Sir...all my terminal & solder joint are covered with heat-shrink tubing... :icon_thumright:  (its fun seeing those tube shrinks)
