delano hybrid pup

anyone know anything about Delano or their sweet looking hybrid pup? i was thinking of putting something like this in my fretless sterling but would like to get some sage like advice first. http://www.delano-pickups.com/english/index-eng.html

I haven't tried the hybrid, but I have their quad coil 6 string pickups in a custom bass.  Very clear and articulate.

A friend of mine builds custom basses and uses Delano almost exclusively.  www.beebasses.com

I have a Delano in my 75 MIJ reissue P bass.A very clean,powerful and clear pickup.I would trust that their other styles are just as good.
