Yes, but only for the plate :laughing7:

News :tard:

Well, don't know how is the epoxy you have there (StewMac can't sell me) but the only one I find it not "liquid" as super glue... it's more like vaseline.... so I could not just put it on the routed parts...  The letters was impossible to fill alone, so I had to put it on the whoooooole plate... Hope it don't ent TOO funky in the end

If it ends, I'll have to order another plate for you Doug and if your epoxy is liquid, will have to ask to you put it on the plate...
I really hate live here... can't find ANYTHING... not even 0000 steel wool... the most thin I've found is 00...  :help:

Hmmmmm, well that's messed up. But I really don't think you have to epoxy the style I made you. I've made several for Doc that way and he's said nothing in reguards to any problems with his.. :dontknow:

Well, it had a big "steel at atmosfere" part... I live 200m from the beach, the air is very salty and wet, my sound system start to have "bad contact" in about a month after I came live here... and the circuit is closed under plastic... so, I think I had to put it at least in the steel part... Went to see just now and I think it will look like someone (me  :laughing7:) put transparent jelly on it  :laughing3: But ok

The black ones have had no issues, but I'll probably shellac them next time I change strings.

Hey DR6,
i noticed that parts of my neckplate have a copper look under the right light.
it looks like the machine didnt cut deep enough to fully scrape thru the copper layer under the chrome.

is there anything that i can do to scrape those parts out or something?

Hmmmm, which one was it? And is it in the lettering? If it is in some lettering you could get a little pointy round file called a Riffler file and gently file thru the copper. But I would suggest you tape off any surrounding area to prevent scratching if you slip....
