Many thanks, brothers and sisters.  This was a fun and educational instrument to assemble.  With respect to the runaway victory, I can't help but think that the profusion of beautiful figured maple tops this month split the vote among those who favor that look over my relativity plain axe, because there are some decidedly awesome guitars this month.

Nevertheless, as your GOTM winner, I promise to lower taxes, provide universal health care, foster peace in the Middle East, and legalize absinthe Slurpees for consenting adults.

Seriously, thank you.  I'm proud to be part of this community.

ABSINTHE! With Thujone?!? I'm voting for your guitars from now on. Yes!

Seriously though, Bagman. Awesome tele, awesome color scheme. I'm always a fan of a simple, nondescript appearance. Something about it catches my eye more than flashyness.

CCongratulations!! Nice to see that pure, understated class
can still win out on occasion--not that that Tele doesn't leap right out an' grab ya!! Well done...

I don't usually go for black finishes, but you got my vote this month.  Great job on the look, very well executed.  :occasion14:

A very classy build.  You got my vote.  Funny how a guitar I would never imagine my self playing or building would feel so right.

Nice job...I love this board and contest..... :cool01:
