Concentric pot - knobs are too loose?

I purchased a 500k concentric pot from Warmoth with this set of knobs pictured on the bottom left here: http://www.warmoth.com/Lower-Concentric-Pot-Knob-Chrome-P381C825.aspx

I have two questions hopefully someone can answer:

1) The knob appears to be too loose on the pin of the pot. When turning the knobs, they simply spin around and do not actually move the pin. Are these the wrong knobs or am I missing something?

2) How do I secure the knobs to the pot?

I've never used these knobs or seen them in person, but it looks like there is a little hex screw in the side of the knob to be tightened with an allen key. When this is pushed all of the way into the pot post, I think that it will be secure. That's what it looks like, anyway...

you can tighten them with the little screws/allen screws that are IN the knobs!
