Sexy body shot - the finish is so shiny, it is hard to get one straight on!

Different angle to try to capture the grain - Wenge sure is purdy!

The neck is beautiful - the ebony fingerboard streaky.  Very cool!

A fine example of Dangerous R6's handiwork:

Went for the gold speed knobs over the amber over the amber bell knobs I had on hand.  I may try getting some gold bell knobs later.

Gold Seymour Duncan Phat Cats - they chime beautifully when the volume is down but can growl and bark as you crank up the volume.

Attempted closeup of Full Contact hardware bridge - can you take who makes it?  :icon_biggrin:

The whole body just rings when you pluck a string.  It is very loud without amplification presumably due to the chambered body.  All in all, I am very happy with how it turned out.

About 1000 pounds  :icon_biggrin:

Seriously, it feels pretty heavy.  This beast is supposed to be chambered so I cannot imagine what it would weigh if it wasn't.  I will post an actual weight later when I have access to a scale.

clear finish on wenge is quite striking.
definitely not the axe for me, but it's purdy.

That's a handsome axe. Wenge neck shaft FTW!

Now, first comes the chocolate thunder, then the...

Lovely!!Something sweet about that one. Wish I could take it for a ride. Any chance of clips?

I have no idea how to record anything - I don't have the equipment nor any software to make mp3 files.  Any primers and ideas on how to do that on the cheap?

Not sure about padouk, but I know black korina is quite heavy, even after being chambered of hollowed... :dontknow:

I think it weighs more than that - my scale says I weigh over 200 pounds and that can't be right either.  :dontknow:
