Chambered body with most upper fret access?

(Not looking for carved top) and so Strat and Velocity are the only two options available in chambered

Out of those two, Velocity looks like it allows for better fret-hand access. In the upper frets - assuming both have contoured heel

Curious what user experiences are.

Jazzmaster is also available in chambered.

But of those I too would say the Velocity has better upper fret access.

However:
The 7/8 bodys are available in chambered, too. I'm quite happy with the upper fret access on the 7/8 S-Style, but from the looks of it, it might be even better on the 7/8 T-Style (thought Aarons point about balance might apply here, too). And they come with 24 frets!

So if you'd consider 24.75" scale...

Yes. 24.75” scale. Intriguing option, the 7/8ths. Thank you.

I have the Velocity non chambered. Upper fret access is effortless. A Strat feels confining by comparison. For me, the back edge of my fretting hand can get further up the neck before bumping into the lower bout. Also, the lower bout is very "open". This, along with the Contoured Heel, gives a very unrestricted movement in the upper fret access. I also reshaped the heel to mimic a Fender Ultra/Elite. Takes it up a notch. One thing about the Velocity though, the body is small. For me, it borders on "different" when sitting, and not as "different" when standing. Had a similar experience using an Ibanez S model. Felt "different".

Otherwise, Meadowhawk seems to have the most upper fret access. Jazzmaster, Dinky, Soloist or KS-6 seems to do well.
