I've seen a few of these guitars posted on the forum, so maybe someone who owns one can help me out. I'm working on a carved top Telecaster with a 3x3 Warmoth headstock. I thought maybe it would fit in the Gator case I already have, but it slides around. I need to ship this out to have the final Plek leveling done, so I have to buy a new case. Does anyone know if I will have problems fitting this guitar in a normal Tele case due to the non-standard headstock? Thanks.

I like the roadrunner cases for that very purpose (when I'm shipping a guitar), get the one that has the neck slot and strap, it should hold the guitar in there nicely, and then you can put wadded up newspaper around the headstock to further pad it, but the case's neck strap should hold everything nicely.
