The strat with identity issues has been completed for awhile, but was feeling a bit camera-shy. Thinking she's a tele, I guess she was having trouble with facing the truth photography brings to light, but I got a few shots to give you all a look.
The hardtail vintage bridge is just the start. This Caribbean Burst one-piece poplar beauty boasts only two SD SC's; AlnicoII RW/RP in the neck and a Twang-Banger at the bridge.. Master Volume and Tone both simplify and confuse matters for this mixed-up strat as they sit tucked out of the strum-zone with a 3-way selector switch.
Maple Pro Construction Boatneck has lotsa bird's eye for the affordable showcase price, -and plenty of snap to make anyone think they're probably hearing the cluck of a nocaster or esquire (with a little help from the good people in R&D at Duncan)!
All the parts where ordered from Warmoth, with the exception of the Fender American Standard strap-buttons. -Thanks so much, Warmoth! This thing Is beautiful, and plays like a dream!
