It sure is fun to come home after a long day at work to find big flat boxes with turtles printed on them!

Yep, the one-piece poplar hard tail. My daughter pointed it out on more than one occasion. Looking over my shoulder while I was scrolling through the showcase, she would see this one and pipe up every time it rolled up on the screen... -a sign from the universe?

Sorry I didn't list out the specs. I was planning on banging that all out when I put it in the line-up of finished projects. But, basically, I was going for a strat that thinks it is a tele; two SC's (SD Alnico II neck and Twang-Banger bridge), master V & T w/3-way switching, hard tail bridge and maple FB... guess that swamp ash body would have been a really great choice for this lay-out, but I couldn't argue with fate.

-Thanks for looking!

Yep; W's clear gloss over maple/maple pro construction strat neck w/ boatneck back profile.  First time ordering a maple fretboard neck from them finished, -sorta scared me when the poly started flaking off the frets!

A really great neck! It is a little weird at first (mostly only ever get the standard thin, or once a fatback) so the V shape was something to get used to. -Awesome for open chording! It makes it feel like it isn't a sin to let that thumb hang over the top... this one is going to be kept close at hand for quite a while  :guitaristgif:

Yes, this V is much more pleasant to my hand than the Clapton V too. I was afraid before I received my boatneck, but I was instantly pleased by the feeling when I got it.

Do tell! What don't ya like about a clapton profile! -Have a friend contemplating the Clapton, and I have never played one of Warmoth's (-only picked up a Fender "Blackie" signature model at a guitar center once... it was quite an unmemorable experience), so I don't really know what to tell him.
