This is built around my ax8 and is split into 3 sections, before the ax8, the fx loop and after at which point everything goes first into the ditto x4 looper and then into my mini mixer in the upper right so I can listen through headphones or a pair of Bose S1 pro as it suits me.
I also don’t have this in a large room and the wireless helps so much to keep chords at a minimum.
I can probably do most of this with just the ax8 but I really like having knobs to turn and I wanted a little more flexibility with fuzz options and with the h9 I found I wanted the synth sounds and the delays at the same time so I got a second.
I think I had the ax8 set to a Princeton reverb, compressor and both strymons were on in the track.
Here’s how I have them in order, it was an ordeal to get them all to fit and make it so the case closed but darn it I wanted only one board.
Before the ax8:
Line 6 G10 wireless
Dunlop Volume pedal -> polytune mini noir*
xotic sp compressor
Joe Gore porkolator
Red Witch Fuzz God I*
Strymon Deco (this is always on)
Strymon Flint (reverb is usually on set to 70s)
Ax8
Fx loop: 2 even tide H9
Output:
Ditto x4 looper
Alesis multi mix
The board is a pedal train novo32 and it has a strymon ojai and a power strip hidden underneath. The fuzz god requires an actual battery but everything else is powered.
