Has anyone put these in a Warmoth Strat? Saw a video by Paul Davids on Youtube the other day and looked very versatile.

The gear geek in me says, "wow, super cool."
The practical (cynical) touring tech and former DSP/Firmware engineer at a major gear manufacturer says, "absolutely not."

The main reason why I wouldn't put this in any guitar = Deprecation of technology.
If it doesn't sell, Bognar will stop updating the app and eventually it won't work anymore. Android and ios in particular, don't do backwards compatibility very well. You'll be stuck with $1200 of settings you can't adjust anymore, or buying a second mobile device to freeze the OS version to continue to use it (I still have a dedicated windows XP machine to use some of my old equipment...)

Pieces of gear have come out, been a commercial dud, and within a year or two (or less) the manufacturer stops supporting updates required to migrate to the next version of the OS (both computer and phone). The upside is Bognar is a reputable company, not a fly-by-night single gizmo start-up in Johnny's garage next door, but it's still a roll of the dice I wouldn't take - or I'd wait a while to see how it does commercially.

Very good points.

Thanks for sharing! Neat gadget, but couldn’t justify it personally. IMHO it would need to cost half as much for me to raise an eyebrow. This is Helix HX stomp price territory, which would provide the same EQ stages and OD options plus a whole, whole lot more.

But are they?

At first I thought it was a typo, but Bognar Electronics has actually nothing to do with Bogner Amplification.

Those look cool. I thought the Bognar would be interesting because I could build my own Strat then just plug it in. Over $1,000 is just too much for my blood though, even if it did work and came from a reputable company, which I have no idea.

Looks like an IT solution looking for a problem, just because you can do it, doesn't mean that you should: https://bognarelectronics.com/about-us/
'family-run IT business ventured into the music industry in 2025, inspired by a patented innovation that grew from our shared passion for both guitar and engineering.".... whihc to me sounds a bit like " a fly-by-night single gizmo start-up in Johnny's garage next door"

come to think of it - they only have a single gizmo: https://bognarelectronics.com/products/
