Does the Hipshot bridge allow for very good intonation? Is the low E saddle able to get far enough back for very good intonation?

It’s definitely tight but intonated just fine. As I was working on it, I was wondering if I might need to trim the spring, but no need.

@ghostrider25 that's an awesome guitar, I've been thinking of doing a build like that but with a tele shape, yours turned out amazing. Would you mind sharing how/where did you get the pickup covers? And regarding the unique choice, is that something you specify on the side through e-mail? I haven't seen that option in their menus.

WOW! Gorgeous piece of Korina you got there. The orange is really striking. And the wood-covered PUs are a sweet touch! I LOVE black Korina and have used it in several builds. My current No. 1 is a Flame Koa over Black Korina rear-loaded Warmoth Strat body with an old Modulus Blackknife graphite neck and Alembic PUs and eletronics. The Black Korina balances the tone like super Mahogany.

Bill, tgo

That looks like Guilford . Check them out on reverb https://reverb.com/shop/guilford-guitars

Thanks! Koa over Korina sounds really cool! You have pics of that? I’m currently working on a Koa/Mahogany build.
