BK on BK LP arrived! Only crappy cell phone pics though.

My LP body arrived last Wednesday, but I was out of town until today. Unfortunately, I don't have my camera with me, so all I could get were cell phone pics - and since this is a Christmas present, I don't get to see it again until then. So this is all you get til Christmas.

The neck and the rest of it will have to wait, as I'm currently unemployed, but once I get back to working life, I'll be finishing this up - most likely with a Wenge/ebony neck, chrome hardware, and a set of BKP Mules. That's the plan so far, at least.

What did you specify for the finish?  Is that a black-to-clear burst?  I just ordered a showcase BK LP body, and now you're gonna make me change my mind on the clear gloss finish I asked for!  Absolutely gorgeous.

It was in the show case exactly like this, I didn't specify the finish. But yes, it is a black to clear burst. I probably would not have picked that, but only because I didn't know it could look this good. If it had been unfinished, I probably would have picked a clear finish as well.
