Just spoke with Bill. He's back in the Hospital. He should have surgery soon, but they haven't told him exactly when. Plus, now Becky is having more problems, too.

They are really stretched to the limit at this point folks. If you're ordering from them give them some time and understanding And, if your a praying person they could use that kind of support as well.

PS. Bill told me, one of the big problems shipping pickups is people aren't clear in their orders. They don't tell them everything they need to know to ship the order and Becky isn't able to reach them in a timely manor. So, if you're ordering. Fill in ALL the info, or write it on the order -- especially color if you're ordering something that comes in colors. He says, when they have all the info the order goes out much faster.

Thats sad to hear.  Atleast theres hope in him recovering with this upcoming surgery.  Bills still got alot to contribute to the world of guitars, itd be a shame if it wasnt fufilled.  My best wishes go out to both Bill and Becky.

It might be worth calling Lace and seeing if they can help you.  Apparently you can order Bills stuff through them now.

Looks like Bill is doing much better, according to Ron Kirn. Oh, ends up my guitar teacher has met the Mr. Kirn, and he's great in person too.

same with me. emailed a while back, but no reply. too bad, i really wanted to use some parts on my telecaster deluxe, but that guitar is all assembled. would still change some things if they would get back to me

I went ahead and sent them payment for some cable ends via Paypal about a month back, and I just received them. They say right on the site that everything is coming slowly.... It appears they still are selling the L500's and all, but you're not going to get a e-mail answer to questions.

I recently got a response from one of their employees (or family?)  Shannon after one or two weeks.. unfortunately I wasn't patient and bought some pickups elsewhere.
