Hey folks,
I'm currently neck deep in the biggest re-fin job I've ever done - my floors!
The floors are white oak with an oil finish (woca diamond oil) applied 5 years ago. We figured they could use a touchup in the high-traffic areas (kitchen etc). Here's the process:
1 - vacuum the surface
2 - wash the surface with some special soap
3 - apply the oil
4 - burnish / polish the oil in
5 - wipe up excess
Here's a before / after shot (before in the foreground). I'm quite pleased! :headbang:
But now the wife wants to do the entire house
