Best unbranded leather guitar straps?

That's a nice looking strap, but I think that sliding pad would drive me insane.  It's like the one on my messenger bag (man bag?) and it never stays in place.

These pretty much stay put. You can slide them if you like, but they don't slip and slide on their own.

And regarding "man bags" – can't stand the phrase. I mean, like I wouldn't call boxer shorts "man panties"...

Check out the guitars on Scatter Lee's site too. That guy is a maniac/genius who posts (or used to maybe) on the tdpri forum.
