Hey guys new member, first post… I’ve done many guitar projects and they all come with “learning experiences”. Well it’s now time to start planning the first warmoth build and I’m trying to reduce the learning experiences. I guess my question is…
If you were doing a rear route tele body and wanted to put TV Jones T-Armond pickups in it what route type and what pickup shape would you use and why? The options seem to be: soapbar shape in of course p90 routing. Their “no ears mount” which of course would use the tv jones without ears routing. And lastly what they call their English mount… that appears to work with either the tv jones with ears route or humbucker routing with a mounting ring. Surely you guys have some options… please share them.
