From what I'm seeing, you should be good to go. It sounds like you can sand the sealer after 45 minutes or so. But, on the same page there's a cautionary note at the bottom that says:
NOTE: In spite of the drying times listed, it would be best to stretch the sealing and lacquering over a few days for the best drying characteristics.
