Bass Headstocks

You really should offer Slapshot, Arcade, maybe even Mooncaster headstocks on bass.  For Pete's sake how about the Warhead headstock on regular scale not just 30 and 32 inch?  Also because the Warmoth headstock is headstock end truss rod, you guys really should put the truss rod route in the configurator.  I think a
Warmoth neck would go good with regular P and Dinky P bodies.  The reverse is true for G4 and G5 bodies, you should have the truss rod option so you can use Fender Licensed headstock necks with those bodies.  Finally how about angled P, J, T, and Warhead and the other suggested headstocks with headstock truss rod adjustment.  Just saying.  These are little things, shouldn't be rocket science. We lost a lot of options when you pulled Gibson shapes.

I've never seen a pointy headstock on a bass that didn't look cheap and tacky.  My vote goes for tasteful designs.

You can get a Warhead shape on the 34" scale length stuff, as it can be cut from a Fender shape.

The end of the truss rod adjustment depends entirely on whether or not it is a straight or angled headstock,.  Angled peghead = headstock end adjustment.  Straight peghead = body end adjustment.

Also, maybe re-word the request for a Warmoth neck request for P and Dinky P bodies.  Are Warmoth necks not available for those bodies?

I've had that done a number of times, and you can't tell. Looks like it was cut that way originally. I suspect that's why they don't make many Warheads for showcase stock - they don't need to, and it's a quick $45 if you prefer that style. See a Strat neck you like? It can be a Warhead very easily.

I was talking about the route on the body to access the truss rod adjustment on heel adjust necks.  That route should be configurable to be present or not.  Reason why - it looks dumb/ugly when not needed (like putting a Warmoth neck on P body).  And on some bodies it is not there (Z, G) and if you want to use a Fender licensed neck it would make adjustment a pain.

The truss trench, I have one put on a body as an option it didn't normally come with.  They might be able to omit it.  But again, the semantic argument is the "Warmoth neck." I think you mean the Warmoth headstock shape.  But, that headstock shape on a P doesn't look strange?

Yes I mean the Warmoth headstock shape neck.  I done think it would look weird on a P or J body.  I especially think it would look nice on a Dinky P body, which really doesn't look like a P at all.  Anyway, KSD basses use a 3+3 headstock on their 6 string Jazz models, and I don't think it looks weird at all, but that's me.  In my opinion, the Warmoth headstock looks a lot cooler that the Smith headstock does to boot so I think it would work.  Anyway it should be an option.  Also there's mention of a angled Precision headstock on the site (it's listed under bass neck categories), but no working configurator for it.  I think they should have it, just like they have the angled Strat headstock on the guitar side.  I think it would look cool, get rid of the need for a string tree and of course have the truss rod adjustment at the headstock, which I really think is real bonus.  Having to mess with heel end adjustment is just a pain. And if they do come out with the angled P headstock neck, then we're right back to my request to have the truss rod adjustment channel route optional as it wouldn't be needed with a neck with truss rod adjustment at the headstock.
