I finally got to play my Bartolini pickups this weekend. The models are a PBF 77 in the bridge and a PBF 51 in the neck. Very big and fat sounding. Solos and lead noted sound sweet, fat and round, really full. Neck pickup is also very useful, nice and full on its own and good and spanky when tapped. The only negative that i have on these is that pinch harmonics are a little tougher to get than from my Dimarzios and Duncans, but other than that they have a great big fat tone.
