She was Miss Worlds Fastest Drummer 2007

Buddy Rich, Neal Peart ,Billy Cobham, Lenny White, Ginger Baker , Charlie Watts, John Bonham, Mickey Hart , Bill Kruetzman, Narada Michael Walden, Butch Trucks, Jaimo,

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dvj9iz70Idg    Buddy was my hero growing up as I spent the first 20 yrs of my musical career as a drummer  minimal kit , maxiumum chops

Can't post videos from work, but I've got two names: Brann Dailor (Mastodon) and Jordan Burns (Strung Out). Someone, I think it was Stubby, recently made a comment about "good" drummers typically being those who can cram a lot of noises into a short period of time. These would be two such guys.

Huge +1 on Troy Wright.

This one's very cool and in an odd time signature.

I keep returning again and again to the Jeff Beck "Live at Ronnie Scott's" show - it's available all over youtube.  Vinnie Colaiuta kills on that gig.  And we've amply discussed Tal Wilkenfeld's talent but it bears repeating - she's got maturity on the instrument way beyond her years.

I agree, I love how her maturity comes across on the bass.  :icon_jokercolor:
