Any drawbacks to warhead headstock?

I am about to pull the trigger on a superwide fatback neck (my second) for a fender american standard telecaster. I have a strat superwide fatback on my squier classic vibes stratocaster. Fits my big hands very well. All that said, I am thinking about getting a warhead instead of a strat neck. I kind of like the design and I guess I am also a fan of Warmoth products. Are there any drawbacks to the warhead headstock vs. strat headstock? Function? Resale? Anything?

Same inline path to the tuners, so functionally the same.
The lower beac is just a different look.
All preferential options.

I think it's a bonus, as it clearly demarcates your guitar as being (at least potentially!) a high-end custom axe.
Warmoth has a LONG and distinctive history of supplying parts for some of the best custom builders on the planet.
And it's not all that dissimilar to a Sadowsky or Suhr headstock design, right? IMHO the Warmoth Warhead is more stylish than either of those...
