Another Good Find

As if we didn't have enough to wade through regarding pickups......but I found another winder I like. Got my tele partscaster yesterday with a set of Tone Specific pickups installed. I got the Country for Tele set and am very pleased. This winder won't tell you the specs for their pickups but the proof is in playing.

It is truly crazy how many different pickup makers there are out there now. I just did a job on someone's new Gibby SG which involved replacing the 300k pots/printed circuit board & stock pickups. He brought me a set of "Fat Diane's" made by Manlius Pickups in Syracuse, NY. Those things are friggin' amazing! Check out demos on YouTube if you want to aquire some serious GAS!

Day-mun, that sounds cool and I will check them out. Yes, I say to people it seems like you got to wade through what seems like 1500 pickup makers anymore but the upside is that there are some awesome gems out there.
