Advice on adding a third pot to PRS style controls

I purchased this Warmoth showcase body the other day and I'm hoping someone can give me some advice here.

I plan to install some Seymour Duncan "Greenies" humbuckers in it. However, in order to get the most out of these pickups, I really need two volume pots, one for each pickup.

The issue of course is that this one is pre-drilled for PRS style controls (ideally I would have chosen LP controls).

So I'm trying to think of a way to add a third pot (so two volumes and one tone), but I'm more of a visual person, so I'm hoping someone here may have done something similar and wouldn't mind sharing photos of the way the drilled the third pot.

If you are aiming for no modifications, get a concentric pot.

How does that concentric pot work?

They are two separate pots combined together. You can use each one independently. You just wire them the same way you would three individual pots.

If possible check the clearance with the back cover.

I recently built a VIP and was planning to use two CTS push-pull pots like these:

Only the volume position had enough clearance for it.

The concentric pot though should be a little shorter than those so hopefully not an issue for you if you plan on putting one in the tone position.
