10-Day Guarantee Void if Vintage tint gloss?

Hey Guys,

Quick question for someone who knows: the site says that the 10 day guarantee does not apply to necks with "Custom Neck Contours; Nut Preparations (LSR, Floyd, Installed Nuts); 24 Fret Extensions; Stainless Steel Frets; Custom Finishes."

What qualifies as a "custom finish"? Does that include clear gloss or vintage tint gloss, or are those considered "standard finishes"?

Also, are ALL neck with stainless steel frets void of the 10-day?

Clear or Vintage tint glosses should be fine; "custom" would be solid/trans colors matched to body or peghead matching as these would be of limited salability to others.

Also, anyone know anything about the stainless steel frets?

Part of the return policy states that custom feature charges are non-refundable. Those would include the charges for stainless frets, custom contours, etc.

Some parts are spec'd so custom that we could not sell it very easliy if it were to come back. Such as trans red pegface with trans green back. Sorry, don't want that one back.

Just ask your rep at order time what return restrictions your part has if any.
