    Generic suggestions

I'd love to see more pre-built (not necessarily finished) '59 Roundback, Clapton and SRV Tele maple necks in the Showcase. It'd be great to see more of a balance of maple-to- rosewood for Tele. Not a bad idea for Strat, either. Oh...in Vintage and Vintage-Modern.

Questions regarding 1st planned Warmoth build

Gregg.....OK......say I have a 70s Tele, and I want a close profile match to the C-shape that was offered for many years by Fender. Which Warmoth profile is that/ Do they offer such a profile? I know it's not a Boat or a Fat - they're significantly bigger back profiles than a Fender 70s C-Shape...

Questions regarding 1st planned Warmoth build

What my research tells me, is, that if you want a good, "close" replacement for a vintage Fender neck, say from the 60s-70s, it would be the '59 Roundback profile, with 1 5/8" nut width. Dimensionally, this is very close to my 1970 Tele. Unfortunately, Warmoth builds just about everything else...

    Warmoth Necks for Epiphone Bolt-ons

Jack, you're saying that the Warmoth LP necks aren't Gibson scale-length?Sothey must be 25.5"? I sure didn't know that. Appreciate the info!

    Warmoth Necks for Epiphone Bolt-ons

Can anyone tell me if the Warmoth "LP"style necks are compatible with the neck pockets that Epiphone ships  with their LP Juniors, SGs, that kind of stuff. I've wanted to"Warmoth-ize" a LP Junior but I'm not sure if the Warmoth necks will fit or not.

    How About More Showcase Variety?

Greg....don't get me wrong, I have a Warmoth Pro neck that I use for slide work - the flatter radius is terrific. But, for my main guitars, I do like the traditional 7'5" fretboard. What's cool is bolting-up a brand-new Warmoth Total Vintage neck and being taken back to the 60s or 70s with that...

    Guitar Equivalents for Back Countours

After some research, it "seems" that the '59 Roundback profile is closest to what Fender shipped in the early 60s and into the early 70s, at least for Telecaster. Although not many come-up in the Showcase, this is at least dimensinally pretty close. I have a Standard-Thin and it's a bit too...

    How About More Showcase Variety?

Greg...good to know that maple is still a priority at Warmoth, for Tele necks. You guys make the best necks, period! And I have a couple that are flat-out terrific. Custom-Shop quality, nice tint, great fret & nut work. Keep the maple Tele necks coming. PS-Some Total Vintage maple Tele necks -...

    How About More Showcase Variety?

I was thinking more of Tele necks, which Fender claims sales of are 90%-10% maple to rosewood of new shipments, While, in the Showcase, there's barely (one or two) maple vintage (even slim in VM) maple Tele necks available. Warmoth used to do a nice job with maple choices for Tele, but sadly...

    How About More Showcase Variety?

I'd like to see more Vintage Modern and Total Vintage necks, especially maple variants in the Showcase. Seems very heavilyweighted toward Pro-Construction types.

    Guitar Equivalents for Back Countours

I too, recevied my standard-thin Warmoth neck, only to find that the profile is way-too thin for my taste, and unlike any Fender neck I've ever played. I think this profile is unique to Warmoth. Some people say its close to the Fender American Series guitars, but it seems thinner, to me. After...

    Slim Headstocks

Three-bolts in the Showcase isn't a huge issue to me, but I would like to see more of a variety of profiles and radius in the Showcase....more '59 Roundbacks, more Clapton, more vintage and 9.5" staight radius necks, for those of us who haven't embraced the compound radius and who have hands too...

    Carved top Tele

The Showcase used to have a good mix & ratio of rosewood to maple, vintage to vintage-modern, and over the past few months the mix has changed ramatically. Far fewer maple necks, almost no vintage and fewer vintage-,odern than I recall last time I ordered. I'd like to see it the way it was. I...

    Guitar Equivalents for Back Countours

Chris...I believe the Warmoth Standard Thin is pretty close to the Gibson Slim Taper. I have one, and it's nice, but not like any Fender profile I've ever played or owned. It feels more to me, like my Les Paul neck.

    Guitar Equivalents for Back Countours

Does anyone know what Warmoth profile is closest to a Fender 1970 - C shape, found on the Telecasters from the late 60s to mid-70s? I have a Warmoth Standard-Thin and that's quite a bit smaller profile than my '70 Tele. It might be the '59 Roundback, but I'm not sure.
