    My Winter Project.

Alright! My winter project is at last completed! This seems to be the best method for me to post pictures, so hopefully they work for you. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=1408737&l=ca604&id=700877900 http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=1408738&l=e4148&id=700877900...

    Hipshot Trem-Setter or The Tremol-No?

I've personally installed a Hipshot Tremsetter on my most recent project which had a recessed Floyd. If I ever build another guitar with a Floyd or other Trem, I'm installing a Tremsetter. I've had nothing but good experiences with it. People say "I don't like Floyd Rose bridges because they're...

    Wraparound bridges? Pigtail, Gotoh?!

I've only heard good things about the Pigtail Wraparound bridge (http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Bridges,_tailpieces/Electric_guitar,_non-trem_bridges/1/Pigtail_Aluminum_Wraparound_Bridge.html), but it's advertised as "low-profile", which leaves me to ask whether the neck-pocket needs to be angled...

    My new Super Explorer!!

I had heard that you have a rather lopsided Star. That isn't the case here; this guitar balances perfectly.

    My new Super Explorer!!

Alright! Almost done this expensive hunk of wood! I'll post pictures once I've got it assembled in hopefully a few days!

    My new Super Explorer!!

I have a right-handed Moderne, but where would you get a lefty? I got the scalloped because I know that if I didn't, I'd always say "I know I shoulda..." I've played the Yngwie Malmsteen signature and it felt weird at first but felt quite natural within minutes. Thanks for the tips!

    My new Super Explorer!!

Jelly? No, I keep my aniline dyes in old Smucker's jars. You probably wouldn't want to put that on toast because you'd crap orange for a year. As for the neck? Wenge (naturally!) with a Macassar ebony fretboard.

    Brand new Warmoth Tobaccostrat

...do I see Lace Sensor's? I've got blue-silver-red's in two of my guitars. I love those things!

    My new Super Explorer!!

Alright! I received my first Warmoth guitar the other day and I'm already making some good progress! Hopefully these links work! http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=842806&l=3560c&id=700877900 http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?pid=842807&l=3b891&id=700877900...

    First Build - Super Explorer!!!

Chris, Doc, thanks for the info. I, for some reason, thought that the Floyd Rose saddles were height adjustable, much akin to a standard Fender trem. I'll start digging around the internet regarding the 16" radius saddles. I'm glad someone told me before I figured it out... THE HARD WAY. Thanks...

    First Build - Super Explorer!!!

Alright! I officially ordered my first Warmoth guitar a few weeks ago, and it should be pretty neat. Black korina Explorer with quilt maple lamtop, cream binding (top only), contoured heel, recessed original Floyd Rose tremolo routing. The neck is wenge with a fully scalloped macassar ebony...
