Vexing problem with single coil wood mounted pickups

All, I just installed Bareknuckle Mother's Milk pickups on my warmoth rear route body/guitar using guidance from this Warmoth video:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-UNKIoIomKs So they're wood mounted.  But Instead of using foam, I installed springs to raise/lower the pickups to the right...

    Trem cavity advice

    Trem cavity advice

I've got a Gotoh 510TS fe1 installed in my Warmoth body - which was routed for a 510.  But when I depress the whammy bar, the block hits the back of the cavity and stops prematurely.  Not sure what to do beyond taking a chisel to the back of the cavity and removing material.  Any advice? Isaac

Quilted maple cap over chambered ash body.

I did the finish.  I used Feibling's leather dyes.  Alcohol based.    Then about 8 cans of spray on lacquer, followed by wet sanding, then final buffing.

bushing holes for 10mm Gotoh trem

Warmothers, Seeking advice.  Just got my Warmoth chambered strat body but made the point-and-click mistake of specifying standard Fender bushing holes which are about 9.5mm.  But I've got a Gotoh Trem with 10mm bushings.  Would like advice on widening the holes without splintering the area...
