I was putting on a string tree when the screw gave.  I have about 1/16th in. hanging out of the wood.  Tried some small needle-nose pliers with no luck.  Any words here?  Damn.  Should've just bought a guitar.

Hello, I am looking to complete the brushed look on the hardware appointments on my Warmoth Strat'.  I lack a jackplate, neckplate, and it would be rather bitchin' if I could get matching screws for the plates and the pickguard.  Can anyone give me some advice?  I've read that you can DIY, but...
