Zebrawood finish?

Asking for your opinions on finishing a mahogany body with a zebrawood top? I've used Tru oil on several bodies and love the results. Also used Danish oil, Tung oil, wipe on Poly., etc. I don't want to dye or burst or really change the color on the top. Looking for basically a glossy/semi-glossy type finish. I don't have spray equipment either.
Leaning toward Tru oil but wanted to get everyones' thoughts? Thanks for the help and input.

Rubio Monocoat 2C

I use it on all my builds.

Typically, I do two coats, then Sheen plus. Personally, I put a ceramic coat over the top. It makes it impervious to pick scratch marks.

Thanks for the tip, never used it but have seen a lot of you guys recommend it in the past.

I saw the other day that Driftwood guitars had a new $35,000 build and on the back and sides they used what they called an “open pore catalyzed hard wax” finish. Yeah, that’s Rubio, lol.
