Wiring Scheme

I'm having a hard time figuring out how to wire this one up (I'm using a Dimarzio Superswitch and Kiesel/Carvin Pickups, 1v, 1t), and I'll admit wiring isn't my thing. Any suggestions for a diagram? :help:
Color Code for the Pickups:
Red: NS
White: NF
Green: SF
Black: SS
