It's my understanding neck, frets specifically, are the current bottleneck. If you split your order up, you'd pay additional shipping, but you might be able to get one or the other piece sooner. As with most things, it's best to give Warmoth a call and ask them directly.

I ordered a custom body build and showcase neck that was getting frets, a nut and painted headstock on 07/10 and I received them on 09/04.
