Wholesale Parts

Does anyone know where I can buy wholesale parts? I'm looking at starting a small custom guitar shop and the cost of hardware is crazy high for my builds

You'd have to get a resale license to buy wholesale.  They you could purchase from someone like an AllParts.

the process is
get a fictitious business name
get a federal EIN number (like a SSN for the business)
apply for a state tax ID number
get a business number
then you are legal to get wholesale without having to pay taxes when they find you

Haha yea I suppose people do that. I actually got the business and the tax ID number a couple weeks ago. Most of those big companies have hard to meet quotas.
