Boss TU-12H, I've had it for nearly 20 years - - or the built in one on my amp. I mainly use the Boss to adjust/check intonation. Otherwise I just tune to whatever I'm playing with.

Peterson Strobostomp on the board, and the built-in on my POD 2.0 when I'm practicing / noodling around.

the Peterson tuners are incredibly accurate, more so than any other tuner. I have a strobostomp on my pedalboard for gigs and use a VS-II at home. My favorite thing about the Petersons is that they can tune different temperments such as a just intonation or "sweetened" tunings for E9 Pedal Steel.
