What the heck is this?....

So this is a new build… Did some trading for this neck and body that are supposed to be old Warmoth parts… The Birdseye neck has four Allen head bolts and a neck plate with four screws attaching it to the body… The thin line body seems to be mahogany with a thick quilted maple cap… Please check out the pics and hopefully someone will have an idea if it’s old Warmoth parts or not… Meanwhile, it weighs about 6 1/2 pounds, and with the right components, has turned out to be a real nice player-grade guitar… Thanks in advance for any info…

That there is what we call a Bubba special. I thought Warmoth was marking their neck heels by 96, but one of the older guys will have to confirm.
