Didnt they get rid of the VW?
Yip, VW's gone along with the EB headstock... :sad1:

vw is the EVH right?

and EB was the banana headstock?
VW was the Ernie Ball EVH signature, and the EB headstock was the matching headstock of the EVH sig...Kinda strat looking with the 4 x 2 tuner set up...

Sorry, can't take that word seriously anymore.....

EB is claiming trademark on ANY 4x2 headstock. Man Leo missed the boat not trademarking the whole 6 tuners any arrangement deal. Coulda locked down the market real good.

The Steve Bailey signature Jazz Bass is 4+2.  EBMM even trademarked calling it "4+2".  Of course what's to keep one from reversing it and calling 2+4?

With all the Gibson disgust on this forum, one would think EBMM would be right up there too.  The whole Earvana thing and trademarking a headstock layout and nomenclature.

At least EBMM build pretty consistently good guitars.  So they have that saving grace.

There's always the option of getting a body blank and carving your own .. it really isn't that hard
