What do the small pegs on a CTS push/pull do?

They're the exact same as the upper connections with the same name. Yes, you can attach stuff to them.


The actual purpose is just to be solder points for the PCB. Each one is connected to the larger upper vias (the holes) of the same name, and I assume CTS just put the names of the connections on there so you know which lug goes to each via. I doubt they're intended to be used in general but if you have a weird kind of setup it may be useful for one lead or another.

Doing it this way makes for a smaller overall package size. Traditional push/pull pots may be too deep for some applications.
