Just returned from my week long Sydney school trip/camp, and look what I found on my study table:

Electro Harmonix Small Stone Nano Phaser  :hello2:

I found a cool US store that sells these for way way cheaper than anything else i've seen, shipped. Totaled $80  :icon_biggrin:

So far, I Love It To Bits.

Fits right in with my clean playing style with the color switch up or down. It's lush and smooth at the same time as having an amazing amount of omph. It's got a nice wacca wacca sound to it that I can't get enough of, and when I turn the color switch down, and the rate right up, the phase effect disappears and I get this amazing clicky attack (almost compressor like) sound which dirties up when I play hard.
:evil4: sums up what happens when I use my Hardwire TL-2.  :evil4:

This should put a stop to my pedal spree, at least until Xmas. I was asked to play the rhythm part of Technical Difficulties by Racer X for my friends HSC. I might need to concentrate on that, it is still way out of my skill range.

That's a very descriptive reply.  Sounds like it does alot of stuff, and you sound very happy.  Was it still in the box, or did the parents open it?
It was still in the bubble wrap, in the box, in the tough, impossible to open bag. Although, I wouldn't mind if my parents opened it.  :)
I am very happy with it though. My guitar, with no effects pedals is fairly bright and treble-y, but the pedal evens it out and gives my tone a lot more punch.

Hey hey! Big thumbs up there Wana, after all the drama surrounding that Seymour Duncan pedal.  :icon_thumright:  :icon_thumright:

You realise you can't stop at one, right? (Better get busy over Christmas building some small cabinets and/ or a gig box if you are thinking of gigging around, in afew years time you'll have all sorts of pedals and stompboxes, lol.

BTW, what did you do in Syd-er-nee? Hopefully all went well in the 'big smoke'.

yeah, I can't stop at one! There are a few more I have in mind that i'd like!.

I was staying at the Sydney academy of sport near Narrabeen (where the Manly Sea Eagles practice) and during that time I did a whole lot of things like Rock Climbing, abseiling, high ropes courses, canoeing, surfing. We walked the bridge, photo bombed at the opera house, went to luna park and much more stuff.

Hey Wana, you were in the region where I work. I occasionally take school charters to Narrabeen Academy and often drive down to Milsons Point (where Luna Park is). Notice all the big blue and white buses driving along Military Road on the way to Luna Park? One of them could've been driven by me, lol! Hope you had  agood time. :icon_thumright:
