I only have my web cam and a tascam DR-05 for the sounds. Any suggestions for improving the recording (besides hitting all the notes  :laughing3?

Where did you get the arrangement ?

For recording some guys also record the audio separately and then sync it together.

Thanks Mike. I'm finally getting a break from school and have time to practice again. It feels so good to get the fingers sore again.

I got the arrangement form 99centguitarlessons.com. Such a cheesy name but he has some fingerstyle jazz arrangements I really like. I had taken a jazz class at college and loved how challenging the chords are and found this guy really lays them out in a nice fashion. I feel so stoked when I finally get a progression down although on the other side sometimes it is out right frustrating on some of the change ups.

Thanks Doc! I'm finally getting to practice again with a break in school. Really need to work on my timing. I'll post a end off summer one to see how much I improve

Really nice. That is a tough arrangement, but you pull it off. A little more practice and you'll have it down. I'm with Doc, I can't play fingerstyle for anything, so give me a pick and a long line of 16ths anytime!

Thanks guys. Now that school is out and I have tons of practice time again I am going to really dig in with a metronome and work on my timing. That way I really get er down. I will do a end of summer recording for comparison  :toothy11: :toothy11: and see if I can't get a couple more songs down that I've been working on. Appreciate the encouragement.
